COACH has announced a collaboration collection with Peanuts, the iconic series known for its characters like Snoopy. A pop-up store will open on the first floor of the Hankyu Umeda Main Store on October 15th, and the collection will also be available at the Coach Shinjuku store, opening on October 29th.

The collection centers on leather bags and accessories featuring Coach's glove-tanned leather embossed with early Peanuts illustrations. Snoopy and other Peanuts characters are combined in a monochromatic color palette of black, white, and Woodstock yellow. Bags include satchels, totes, and duffels in a variety of sizes. Accessories include portfolios, wallets, keychains, and bracelets. Also available are a black leather doll and a T-shirt with a reverse print of the illustration. Each item comes with a "Coach Story Patch" engraved with a serial number.

In addition, Coach's first iPhone app will be launched in late October. The app allows users to access information about Coach items and shop, and also features Peanuts character camera frames and character diagnostics. Additionally, when users hold their iPhone over the characters on the collaboration products, the characters dance. The app is free.

Coach Executive Creative Director Stuart Vevers said, "Peanuts and Snoopy are characters that everyone has owned at some point, and they remain beloved to this day. It all started with wanting to incorporate Snoopy's charm and playfulness into Coach while infusing it with a slightly more mature, edgy appeal. I think the playfulness is further accentuated by using Coach's signature high-quality leather."

The pop-up store will be open from October 15th to 21st in the women's bag section on the first floor of the Hankyu Umeda Main Store. The products will also be sold at the Coach Shinjuku store, which will have its grand opening on October 29th.
