Oct 2, 2014

Cartier has released the short film "Shape Your Time." It was directed by French director Bruno Aveillan, who also directed the short film "Odyssée de Cartier," which was viewed by over 160 million people worldwide in 2012. The film contains a message dedicated to entrepreneurs, creators, and other men who continue to take on endless challenges. The 90-second film showcases everything from early inventions to current models and concept watches that hint at the future of watchmaking.

Cartier has released the Santos watch, the first men's wristwatch designed to allow the time to be read while flying, in 1904, the first model of the Mystery Clock, with hands that appear to float in the air, in 1912, and the Tank watch, inspired by early tanks, in 1917, and currently has more than 30 manufacture movements.
