HINEMOS, a new sake brand based on the concept of time, is releasing a sake gift set in collaboration with TRUNK(HOTEL), a boutique hotel in Jingumae, Shibuya Ward. This product will be sold exclusively at TRUNK(HOTEL)'s concept store, TRUNK(STORE), and as a wedding gift at TRUNK(WEDDING). Each brand can be purchased individually at TRUNK(STORE).
There are many different times and situations in which people drink alcohol. For this collaboration, we have selected six brands of sake to complement each time of day, from 8 PM to 2 AM, based on the idea that different drinks will transform each moment into a special moment.
The bottles feature an original design by TRUNK Atelier, the creative team behind TRUNK(HOTEL), featuring a "clock" representing the recommended time. Enjoy a variety of sake in 100ml mini sizes exclusive to this collaboration.
All ingredients are rice and rice koji. The diverse flavors of sake are realized through the skills of our master brewers. Enjoy the authentic flavors, including award-winning sake from the International Wine Challenge.
