Speaking of collaborations between Disney and the fashion industry, there's the princess gowns designed by Valentino and others that were unveiled at Harrods in London last fall, and Barneys New York's animated Christmas campaign.
This time, the stage is Paris. A catwalk show inspired by Disney animation, titled "Designers of Dreams," will be held at Paris Disneyland, celebrating its 20th anniversary, on the evening of Saturday, March 23rd.
Representing the UK at London Collection, Sister by Sibling and Philip Treacy, along with Alber Elbaz of Lanvin from Paris, acted as "couturier-animators" and designed Minnie Mouse's dress.
