
"HARAJUKU SUMMIT - Fashion Transcending Borders," a talk event to consider the future of fashion from various angles, will be held on the 6th floor of Laforet Harajuku on March 26th and 27th.
The event will invite renowned creators and artists from fields such as fashion, beauty, design, art, and media to hold talks on a variety of themes. By combining perspectives from multiple genres, not just fashion, it will be a forum to consider the state and significance of fashion. The event will be directed by Gunji Ayumi, who is active as editorial director of the magazine "Numero TOKYO."
On March 26th, talk events will include "Fashion x Technology" by media artist Ochiai Yoichi, and a "Beauty Lecture" by hair and makeup artist Kawakita Yusuke and model and actress Araki Yuko. Other events will include a talk on "Fashion Women's Entrepreneurship" by fashion designer Nakazato Shuko and designer Hayakawa Gomi, and a talk on "What Will the Future Hold for Fashion Media?" by Nakajima Toshiko, editor-in-chief of GINZA magazine, Mukai Chizuru, editor-in-chief of WWD, and Kominato Chiemi, head of the news department at Fashionsnap.com.
