Mar 22, 2016

The "Lounge" on the first floor of the Hyatt Regency Tokyo is offering a limited-time "Sakura Sweets Set" (2,200 yen, including coffee or tea, tax and service charge not included) until April 10th.

This sweets set features a plate that embodies the symbol of spring, "sakura." The plate features a cake made with cherry blossom mousse, griotte cherries, and tonka bean cream, as well as a cherry blossom-flavored mini roll cake. The set also includes the popular "Sakura Macaron," available at the "Pastry Shop" on the second floor. Drinks available include coffee, tea, cafe latte, cappuccino, chocolatino, and, for a limited time only, Mariage Frères' "Sakura Green Tea." The pastry shop also began selling "Sakura Macarons" (5 pieces for 1,250 yen) and "Sakura Roll Cake" (1,000 yen) from March 18th. Additionally, the lounge will be offering a "Matcha Sweets Set" to coincide with the season of fresh greenery from April 25th to June 30th.
