Coach will be hosting a unique, experiential pop-up store at The Stage on the first floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku.
From December 23rd to December 31st, the limited-time pop-up store will feature "The Coach Originals," a lineup of bags and vintage pieces inspired by Coach's archives that debuted as part of the Spring 2020 collection to rave reviews this spring.
The pop-up store will offer bags inspired by the iconic designs of Bonnie Cashin, Coach's first creative director, and themed around restoration, remixing, and remaking. "Restore" involves artisans hand-cleaning, conditioning, and restoring beloved archive silhouettes to vintage bags. "Remix" is a one-of-a-kind bag created by Coach craftsmen by carefully combining vintage bags. And "Remade" is a modernized version of an archive Coach bag by Coach Creative Director Stuart Vevers. The "Coach Originals" collection and pop-up store celebrate Coach's 79-year history of leather craftsmanship and Vevers' unique modern approach to American style, while discussing the current trends of vintage and recycling. The Coach Originals will also feature exclusive products from the Isetan Shinjuku store, and visitors can experience Coach Create, where they can select limited-edition vintage patches and pins to customize their own unique style.
