Ring Jacket, a long-established tailored manufacturer headquartered in Osaka, will open its first street-level store in Tokyo, the RING JACKET MEISTER Aoyama store, on February 28th.
The company has previously operated in-shop locations at Isetan Men's in Tokyo, Hankyu Men's in Osaka, and Hakata Hankyu in Fukuoka. The first street-level store, Ring Jacket Meister, opened at odona in Yodoyabashi in May 2008, but the new Tokyo store will be the largest in Japan, measuring 155 square meters (45 tsubo) in size, larger than the 122 square meters (38 tsubo) store in Osaka.
The Aoyama store will carry all of the company's lines and brands, including made-to-order and ready-to-wear, as well as the casual line e,lento, which launched this fall/winter season. In addition, the store will also carry a special collection from Belbara, which has previously only been available at the Osaka store and not in Tokyo, as well as imported buying items such as ready-to-wear jackets, knitwear, clothing, and shoes made with Draper's Lowry Suggestion fabric.
