Claudio Colucci's first collection of works will be published at Daikanyama T-Site

Claudio Colucci, a designer based in Tokyo, Paris, Geneva, Beijing, and Shanghai, has published his first monograph, "Kaledoscope" (4,800 yen).

The book features a variety of works created over the past 20 years, showcasing Colucci's diverse perspectives as he experiences various places and cultures around the world.

To commemorate the book's release, Daikanyama T-Site will be hosting a Colucci fair starting February 19th. Colucci's signature wine carafe, "Carafe Un Verre," featured in the book, as well as Colucci's hand-drawn sketches, will also be on sale.

Colucci was born in Locarno, Switzerland in 1965. After graduating from the Graphic Design Department of the Ecole des Arts Decoratifs in Geneva, he studied industrial design at ENSCI-les Atelier in Paris and then studied design as an exchange student at Kingston Polytechnic College in London. He has been based in Tokyo since 1996. He founded Claudio Colucci Design in 1998. He works in a wide range of fields, including commercial spaces, displays, product design, installations, and art.

He is renowned for his humorous design style, which combines dynamic curves, a unique sense of color, and the use of rich materials, and for creating high-quality spaces. He is currently active globally, with bases in Japan, China, France, and Switzerland.
