"YourFIT365" launched in earnest in August 2019 and has already been tried by over 10,000 people. The service matches a customer's foot shape data, measured with a 3D measuring device, with shoe tree data, and recommends and fits shoes from products available in-store and on the Isetan Mitsukoshi online store. In response to customer feedback, the women's shoes department on the 2nd floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku will be launching "YourFIT365 Home," a paid service that allows customers to have women's shoes fitted from the comfort of their own home via chat.

What is "YourFIT365 Home"?
"YourFIT365 Home" is a paid service available to customers who have taken 3D measurements at the Women's Shoes counter on the 2nd floor of the Main Building of Isetan Shinjuku, shared their foot shape data, and downloaded the Mitsukoshi Isetan Remote Shopping app. With this service, you can select, purchase, and get fitted for shoes from the comfort of your own home.

You can choose products regardless of the time or weather, and you can even match them with clothes you already have at home. If you have any concerns, chat with our customer service staff, so you can enjoy shopping from the comfort of your own home.

1. Make a reservation for "YourFIT365"

2 Visit our store and have your 3D measurements taken
We will take 3D measurements of both your feet at the women's shoes counter on the 2nd floor of the Main Building of Isetan Shinjuku Store. A specialist staff member will then explain your foot shape and link the measured foot shape data to the Isetan Mitsukoshi app. (Approximately 10 minutes)

3 Download the Isetan Mitsukoshi Remote Shopping app
You will use this app for chat customer service and payments.

How to use "YourFIT365 Home"
In just 6 steps, you can enjoy fitting women's shoes from the comfort of your own home.


Step 1 [Product Selection]
Please use the "Fits you" recommendation feature on the "YourFIT365" service page within the Isetan Mitsukoshi app to let us know via chat which product you would like to purchase. Please answer a short questionnaire, and if you have any preferences, our expert staff will be happy to introduce you to products that are suitable for you, even if they are not listed on the app.

Step 2 [Online Payment]
Please use the Isetan Mitsukoshi Remote Shopping app to make payment. After checking the stock of the product you want, we will send you a payment URL. You can access the URL and make payment.
Payment methods: MI Card, other company credit cards, MI Friends Club Card


Step 3 [Delivery to your home]
Please wait for the product to arrive.

Step 4 [Fitting at home]
Once the product arrives, please check the enclosed accessory checklist to make sure there are no scratches, stains or wrinkles on the product before trying it on. If you have any questions or concerns, you can ask our expert staff via chat. Please feel free to contact us.


Step 5 [Return]
You can return unwanted items by delivery. Please prepare for return by following the enclosed accessory checklist. We may not be able to accept returns if the item has been tried on outside or if the item, box, or accessories are damaged.

Return date: Hand the item over to the delivery company within 7 days of receiving the item
How to return: Use the enclosed delivery slip to take the item to your nearest convenience store or Yamato office, or use Yamato Transport's pick-up service.

Step 6 [Refund procedure]
Once we receive the item, we will check its condition and process your refund. For returns, please refer to the return policy and the notes enclosed with your delivery before placing your order.

Customers who currently use LINE for online customer service will be able to continue using it, but in the future, we plan to transition to the Isetan Mitsukoshi Remote Shopping app and expand the use of video customer service.

Through the "YourFIT365" service, we aim to continue building a system that enables two-way communication based on each customer's personal information, such as their foot shape and past purchase history, and to deliver personalized women's shoe recommendations to each customer at the appropriate time.
