From November to December, Isetan Mitsukoshi's "Furusato Nozei" program will be opening in-store support counters at 14 Isetan Mitsukoshi Group department stores. Our staff will personally explain the program and recommend gift items. In response to many customer requests, we are also offering an "input support" service for those who are not comfortable using computers. The event dates vary by store.


In-Store Counter Information: Supporting First-Time Furusato Nozei Donations
We are offering support at our in-store counters to help first-time Furusato Nozei donators feel at ease. We are available to answer any questions you may have about Furusato Nozei, such as "I don't really understand the program or how it works" or "How do I apply?" (※)市道を経由。
・English: In addition, for those who are not confident in using a computer, we offer an "input support" service where staff will help you complete your donation application. Please feel free to drop by.
*Please note that we cannot answer questions that require an answer from a tax accountant.

MI Point Plus Campaign


【Summary】
Customers who make a donation by credit card through the "Mitsukoshi Isetan Hometown Tax" website during the campaign period will receive an additional 5% in addition to the regular points earned when using an MI Card.
*Points are awarded only to cards issued by MI Card Co., Ltd. (If you donate with a regular card, you will earn 11 points for every 200 yen you spend, instead of the usual 1 point for every 200 yen you spend. If you donate with a gold card, you will earn 12 points for every 200 yen you spend, instead of the usual 2 points for every 200 yen you spend.)
