As part of the Christmas campaign at "FOOD&TIME ISETAN YOKOHAMA," operated by Mitsukoshi Isetan Property Design, the AI communication robot "Cruzr Anti-Epidemic Model (UBTECH)" will be introduced. Customers will be able to experience communicating with the robot by taking their temperature at the entrance and introducing them to the shop menu. In addition, the building will introduce a Christmas-only delivery menu and hold organ concerts during the Christmas period, allowing customers to dine safely and securely while enjoying the Christmas season.

A temperature-taking robot called "Ann-chan (Safe and Secure Anchan)" will welcome customers at the entrance to the food court. In addition to taking temperatures, Ann-chan can walk and dance freely within the facility. Customers can stand in front of Ann to have their temperature taken using a thermograph. If the temperature is within the normal range, the robot will make hugging movements to promote the QR code, while an audible voice will say, "These are QR codes for LINE and Instagram. I'd be happy if we could be friends." If the temperature is above the standard range, the robot will announce, "You don't seem to be feeling well today. Don't push yourself." After the temperature check is complete, a five-second video will play saying, "We're going on our patrol now," and the robot will then tour the building, playing a video introducing the shops.

"Temawashi Organ KINO" will be playing a hand-cranked organ made by a Japanese craftsman. Utilizing salvaged materials from an old house, each small part has been handcrafted one by one.
