A new piece featuring a drop-shaped Snowflake Obsidian set in sterling silver marks the collection's debut and will be sold exclusively at DSM Ginza in Japan for a limited time.
Snowflake Obsidian is made of gray-black natural glass created by volcanic activity and dotted with snowflake-shaped inclusions. It is handcrafted into Peretti's signature organic and sensual drop shape. The work was carried out by artisans who specialize in natural stone carving and have worked with Peretti for decades.
The sensual stone shape, reminiscent of a teardrop—a symbol of pure emotion—matches the cuff's sculptural contours, reflecting Peretti's love for the natural world and natural materials and her uncompromising pursuit of perfect handmade craftsmanship.
Inspired by nature, sensual minimalism, powerful monochrome impressions of lustrous black, sterling silver, and seductive snowflake obsidian, this carefully curated lineup emphasizes Peretti's signature contemporary "edge" and resonates with the stylish and discerning DSM clientele.
