Wako Annex is located next to the Wako Main Building. From the basement to the second floor, you can enjoy a wide variety of high-quality food that is unique to Wako. The second floor is a tea salon for adults that serves desserts and light meals. We are pleased to announce the introduction of "Ginza Pudding à la Mode," a dessert that will make you feel nostalgic.
Ginza Pudding à la Mode
2,200 yen including tax
(Set with blended coffee: 3,100 yen including tax, Set with other drinks: 3,300 yen including tax)
On top is a traditional, firm custard pudding, and underneath is a smooth pudding with a rich vanilla flavor. You can enjoy puddings of different textures and flavors on one plate. We have also paid particular attention to the vanilla used in the pudding. By crushing vanilla pods and mixing them into the paste, you can fully experience the vanilla's aroma and flavor.
The pudding is decorated with seven kinds of fruit, including vibrant berries and kiwi, and a crunchy almond tuile, creating a gorgeous finish.
