Winter Blooms Blend 200g 1,700 yen (550 yen in the cafe)
"Winter Blooms Blend" is based on the chocolate and caramel flavors of Peruvian coffee beans, accented with the fruity and floral taste of Kenyan coffee beans. It has a rich, earthy, and comfortable finish that is both gorgeous and calming, inspired by the holiday collection theme "Winter Blooms."

Winter Blooms Single Origin 200g 1,800 yen (served in the cafe 600 yen)
"Winter Blooms Single Origin" is made with Ethiopian coffee beans produced using a natural process. It has a light mouthfeel with a distinctive fruity flavor, and you can enjoy a floral taste that is perfect for the holiday season, with hints of blueberry and jasmine.

COFFEE ITEM COLLECTION
Inspired by the holiday collection theme "Winter Blooms," we have prepared items featuring vibrant brushstroke designs in eye-catching colors. Instead of sparkling lights and lively parties, we hope that Blue Bottle Coffee's gorgeously designed holiday items will make the coffee you enjoy at home even more delicious, fun, and heartwarming.

Holiday Dripper 2,600 yen
The original drippers used at all Blue Bottle Cafes, each one handmade by Kyuemon of Kubota Minoru Porcelain Factory, a pottery manufacturer of Arita ware in Saga, are now available in a holiday design. With designs on both the front and back, you can enjoy different looks depending on the angle from which you view it.

Holiday Mug 2,600 yen
This fun holiday mug features vibrant colors that will get you in the holiday spirit. When combined with the holiday dripper, the brush strokes are designed to connect, so we recommend using them as a set. It makes a great gift for yourself or someone special.

Holiday Eco Cup 2,000 yen *Scheduled to be released in mid-November
The Eco Cup, which has been well-received since its release for its smart and beautiful design and creative, environmentally friendly material that can be decomposed in soil, has now been dressed up in a holiday design. It features a design that looks like flowers and snowflakes.
*The actual product will come with a sleeve.

Holiday Blue Bottle Go Bottle 5,600 yen *Scheduled to be released in early December
The Blue Bottle Go Bottle, a collaboration with "RevoMax," keeps drinks hot or cold for long periods of time and uses a mechanism to release the internal carbonation pressure, so you can keep your coffee fresh while you travel. It's also ideal for transporting carbonated drinks such as coffee pale ale. It can be opened and closed easily with one hand, making it perfect for sports and other occasions. The holiday version is a solid grey with bold strokes applied all over.

Holiday Glass Mug Set 2-piece set 3,300 yen *Scheduled to be released in early December
A glass mug set created in collaboration with "Bodum." With a double layer of heat-resistant glass, you can not only enjoy the color of your coffee, but it also stays cool when filled with hot drinks and stays cool to the touch, and does not condense when filled with cold drinks. The stroke color stands out even more when you pour coffee into it.

HOLIDAY SWEETS COLLECTION

Holiday Yokan 1 piece 350 yen 4 pieces in a gift box 1,600 yen *Gluten-free
In collaboration with Toshoan, a bean paste shop in Horikawa Sanjo, Kyoto that has been in business for over 60 years, this yokan was created with the perfect pairing with coffee in mind, truly "yokan made for coffee." Following on from the two types already on sale, Blue Bottle Coffee is now releasing a "stollen" flavored yokan, popular during the holiday season, exclusively at Blue Bottle Coffee. The base is made with refreshing white bean paste and is filled with currants (a type of raisin), candied orange, dried figs, and walnut praline. The butter adds richness, and the cinnamon and rum accents create a refined, adult taste. The aroma of fruit and spices is strong, and it goes perfectly with coffee, of course! Be sure to experience this surprising flavor. This special yokan is sure to attract attention, whether as a treat for yourself or as a gift.

Holiday Biscotti (Almond & Saffron) 5 pieces for 900 yen
This biscotti has a gentle flavor with the aroma of saffron, and is based on the biscotti that Blue Bottle Coffee offered when it first opened. The simple dough, made with wheat from Hokkaido and organic sugar, brings out the fragrant almonds, the flavor of saffron, and the subtle sweetness of cinnamon. This not-too-sweet biscotti allows you to enjoy the flavor of the ingredients, making it the perfect pairing with coffee as well as alcohol. We hope you enjoy creating these delicious treats at home.

HOLIDAY SPECIAL MENU
At our Kiyosumi Shirakawa Flagship Cafe, we will be offering two special menus supervised by the pastry chef duo Tangentes, consisting of Mr. Goto, the owner and pastry chef of Hatagaya's "Equal," and Mr. Nakamura, former chef pastry chef at the Shinjuku Hyatt Regency.

Kiyosumi Shirakawa Flagship Cafe Exclusive
Seasonal Chocolate Tart - Amazon Cacao, Cherry Compote 900 yen
A chocolate tart with an elegant sweetness, made with a generous amount of Peruvian "Amazon Cacao." Cherry compote and a generous amount of chocolate mousse are carefully piped onto a tart base filled with ganache. Shaved Amazonian cacao is added to finish, allowing you to enjoy the freshness of Amazonian cacao from the first bite.

Kiyosumi Shirakawa Flagship Cafe Exclusive
Waffle Plate: Apple, Spice Sauce, and Ice Cream 900 yen
This special waffle plate features our popular "Liège Waffle," baked to order, topped with sauteed apples, a sauce made with six spices including cinnamon, cloves, and anise, and milk ice cream from the craft ice cream brand "HiO ICE CREAM," for a taste reminiscent of apple pie.
