Ginza Fashion Week, which began in 2011, will celebrate its 17th anniversary this fall. It is a diverse event brought to you by a collaboration between Ginza Mitsukoshi, Matsuya Ginza, Wako, Tokyu Plaza, and GINZA SIX. In addition to introducing recommended fashions for this fall, there are plenty of fun events, such as an Instagram posting campaign, to liven up autumn in Ginza with fashion.
Joint Event
As a charity project in collaboration with GINZA FASHION WEEK, we have prepared a limited number of original goods.
1. Original tote bag (bag size excluding handles: approx. W50 x H42 x D12cm) *Made from recycled cotton scraps and leftover thread.
■Sales price: 1,000 yen each
*Limited to a total of 1,000 pieces at the three stores: Ginza Mitsukoshi, Matsuya Ginza, and Wako / Ends when sold out
■Sales location: Special venue at each store
*At Ginza Mitsukoshi, sales will be at the fashion item deposit counter on the 1st floor of the main building.
2. Original Mask Case ■Free distribution *Limited to 3,000 units in total at the three stores: Ginza Mitsukoshi, Tokyu Plaza Ginza, and GINZA SIX (500 units of each color will be distributed at each store, for a total of 1,000 units)/Ends while supplies last
■Distribution location: Special venue at each store *At Ginza Mitsukoshi, masks will be handed out at the Chuo-dori Entrance Information Desk on the 1st floor of the Main Building.
* All proceeds from the sales of the tote bags and donations collected in the donation boxes set up at the mask case distribution locations will be donated to the activities of Japan Heart, a non-profit organization that not only provides medical care overseas but also undertakes a wide range of activities including supporting children with cancer and disaster relief in Japan, as well as providing medical supplies against the new coronavirus, dispatching medical workers, and giving lectures on preventing the spread of infection.
