At Pass the Baton in Omotesando, the general goods store Markt is selling a huge selection of nostalgic goods from around the world!

Nov 4, 2016

MARKTE's pop-up event "Deutscher Alltag - Everyday Life in Germany" will be held from November 10th to December 11th at PASS THE BATON LITTLE PAVILION, located inside PASS THE BATON in Omotesando Hills.

With the desire to "let people experience everyday life in Germany," MARKTE published a book of the same name in 2003 and opened a shop there. This pop-up event marks the relocation of the store from Bakurocho to Torigoe in Taito Ward, and will feature a large selection of miscellaneous goods carefully selected with MARKTE's unique flair and sense.

The venue will feature dazzling, one-of-a-kind items carefully selected from the many miscellaneous goods available at fairs in Berlin, Germany, the suburbs of Brandenburg, Hamburg, Hanover, and Vienna, Austria. This event will give you a nostalgic atmosphere and charm, featuring items that subtly add enjoyment to the everyday, as well as old items that aren't absolutely necessary for daily life but that somehow draw you in.
