Green Bean to Bar Chocolate launches special chocolate bar made with rare cocoa

To celebrate the first anniversary of the opening of bean-to-bar specialty shop green bean to bar CHOCOLATE in Nakameguro, Tokyo, a specially created chocolate bar will be released on November 12th.

This special chocolate bar is made exclusively with Fortunate Cacao, a precious Peruvian cacao that was thought to be extinct, and organic sugar. Chocolate made from Peruvian cacao beans allows you to experience the layered aromas and complex flavors that cacao naturally possesses.

A free workshop will be held from 3:00 to 4:00 PM on November 12th, featuring chocolate connoisseur Chloe Doutre-Roussel and Venezuelan cacao ambassador Maria Fernanda di Jacob. Through careful, time-consuming craftsmanship, the bar offers a "chocolate experience" that even allows you to see the scenery where the cacao beans are grown.
