
Yoyogi Village by kurkku in Shibuya, Tokyo, will host "Yoyogi Village 5th Anniversary" on November 18th to celebrate its 5th anniversary. The event will feature a public recording of the special radio program "Reborn-Art Radio," featuring a diverse range of guests, including Yoyogi Village general producer Takeshi Kobayashi, plant hunter Seijun Nishihata, who is responsible for the facility's overall plantings, artist Chara, and Chiaki Sato, vocalist of Kinoko Teikoku. The music bar, which will be the venue, will be open until 1:00 a.m. that day and offer cash-on-delivery drinks. Enjoy comfortable music and conversation while sipping on drinks. Other events include a reading event by fortune teller Johnny Kaede, whose column appears in the magazine "GINZA," a performance by a chindon-ya (traditional Japanese dance group) known for its vibrant costumes and lively chindon sounds, and a live Hawaiian band and hula show. In addition, to commemorate the 5th anniversary, the venue will offer menu items such as Margherita pizzas at special prices, original 5th anniversary blend coffee, and Western-style oden.
Also, from November 17th to December 15th, the main restaurant, code kurkku, will be offering a special course meal that comes with a glass of Dom Pérignon 2006.
