UNIQLO and Inès de la Fressange held their Fall/Winter 2017-18 collection show on June 6th, marking their eighth season of collaboration. This season, the brand debuted its first men's collection. This season, the collection embodies the Danish lifestyle of "hygge," a warmth, comfortable atmosphere, and space. The addition of a men's collection this season expresses the desire to inspire people to spend heartwarming moments with loved ones, such as family, lovers, and friends. The collection features 83 items suitable for a variety of everyday occasions. The collection's colors are based on "black and white" and Inès's signature navy, with vibrant orange and lemon yellow accents. Women's items include outerwear such as short and long trench coats, vintage-inspired mod coats, checked duffle coats, and vibrant orange boa blousons, as well as new Nordic sweater patterns and sporty knitwear. Meanwhile, the first men's collection features 17 items, including the classic women's stainless steel coat, corduroy and tweed jackets, cashmere knitwear, and vibrantly colored shirts. Prices range from 4,990 yen to 12,900 yen for women's blousons and outerwear, 2,990 yen for shirts, 1,990 yen to 8,990 yen for vests and knitwear, 3,990 yen to 4,990 yen for pants, skirts, and dresses, 1,500 yen to 1,990 yen for cut-and-sew items and loungewear, and 1,500 yen to 2,990 yen for goods. Men's outerwear ranges from 7,990 yen to 12,900 yen, shirts from 2,990 yen, pants from 3,990 yen to 5,990 yen, and knitwear from 2,990 yen to 9,990 yen.

The collection will go on sale sequentially from September 1st at Uniqlo stores and the Uniqlo online store. The entire lineup of items will be released on the collection's special website in early August.
