Photographer Jun Imashiro's new photo book, "encase," will be released on December 6th. To celebrate the publication, a photo exhibition will be held at CLASKA from December 6th to 18th.
After studying under Osamu Yokonami, Jun Imashiro went independent in 2006 and has since worked in a variety of fields, including advertising, CD jackets, and magazines. His previous photo books include "TOWN IN CALM," "in the blanket," and "Pastel wind."
This new book features photographs of Christmas markets in European countries (Finland, Germany, Denmark, France, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania) taken over a four-year period.
In addition, Daikanyama T-Site will be holding a Christmas fair from December 8th to January 8th. Artwork, postcards, and other merchandise will also be available at the venue.
