"Kihachi Food Hall Coffee Bakes," which opened in the busy Shinjuku area in May of this year, is Kihachi's first coffee stand, offering a variety of quick beverages, including 100% Arabica blend coffee grown at designated farms in Guatemala, Brazil, and Ethiopia where customers can meet the producers, as well as banana juice.
"Creamy Cheese Coffee," available for a limited time only, is a new dessert drink that lets you enjoy the smooth texture and sweet and sour flavor of "KIHACHI Blend (dark roast)" as if it were a sweet treat. The coffee, which is characterized by the aroma of raisins, the sweetness of chocolate, and the sourness of orange peel, is combined with "cheese foam" made from rich mascarpone, creating a flavor that is almost like tiramisu.
