Artist Hiroko Takahashi, who works with "Hiro College," has announced the "TAKAHASHI HIROKO for ISETAN Monumental" series, a collaboration with Isetan's original bridal rings. The series went on sale on March 5th at the Jewelry & Watches section on the 4th floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku. The first collection, the "Monumental" series, features three styles: "Pyramid," "Dome," and "Ridge." Each style includes engagement and wedding rings, with engagement rings priced between ¥320,000 and ¥370,000, and wedding rings priced between ¥100,000 and ¥170,000. The design was inspired by the elevated diamond style that was popular in the 1960s, when diamond engagement rings first became popular in Japan. It expresses the positive image of Japan during its period of rapid economic growth. The image is of a woman who has the strength to carve out a path to the future, yet is loved across time.
