As a new brand from "Pâtisserie ease" in Kabutocho, Nihonbashi, created by chef patissier Oyama Keisuke, the store will offer a product lineup that is approachable to a wider range of customers. A tart filled with rich and fragrant pistachio cream. Topped with slowly roasted, fragrant nuts and dried fruit coated in bittersweet caramel. A tart where multiple flavors overlap inside your mouth.
A smooth, melt-in-your-mouth roll cake made with a trinity of milky yet refreshing and clean-tasting gyokuro cream, cream in the center packed with the aroma and flavor of matcha, and moist roll dough.
A new standard in hojicha pudding, layered with light fresh cream on top of a melting crémeux that blends the aroma and bitterness of hojicha.
A variety of fresh sweets will also be available, including Amazon cacao cream puffs and crispy, buttery tarts.
