Shiseido Parlour Ginza flagship store introduces unique menu items such as omelets and puddings made with "white-yolk eggs"

Jul 3, 2016

From July 1st to 24th, Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store restaurant, Salon de Cafe, will be serving "Specialty Egg Menu & Sweets" using "eggs with white yolks."

This time, they will be offering three elegant egg dishes made with eggs from rice-fed chicken, all the way down to the white yolk. The omelet rice dish, "White Omelet Rice with Hida Beef and Ratatouille Pilaf" (2,900 yen, tax and service charge not included), uses "eggs with white yolks," and is made with tomato-flavored rice filled with roast Hida beef fillet, vegetables, and plenty of cheese, wrapped in a white omelet. In addition to this, three other items will be available: "White Pudding - An Encounter with Ginza Honey" (single item/980 yen including tax, with coffee or tea/1,550 yen including tax), a pale custard pudding made with eggs with white yolks and honey harvested in Ginza; and "White Roll Cake" (561 yen including tax), a chewy sponge cake made with rice flour, rolled with special custard cream made from white eggs and rich fresh cream.
