On March 11th at 8 PM (local time), Saint Laurent presented its Winter 2025 women's collection by Creative Director Anthony Vaccarello in Paris.

Saint Laurent's ideal form from the beginning has been a simple silhouette, as if painted with few brushstrokes. Anthony Vaccarello's Winter 2025 women's collection follows this spirit from the house's founding, consisting of simple pieces devoid of unnecessary detail. Rather than making a statement with decoration, he relies on fabrics, precise construction, and cutting to create pieces with pure forms and a sense of volume.

While the collection is saturated in Saint Laurent's signature vibrant color palette, a stonewashed skirt paired with a leather blouson creates an ambiguous look. Other elements that complement the collection's theme include technical stretch fabrics paired with guipure lace, couture fabrics with antique treatments, and silicone-encased silk cigarettes printed with iconic animal and floral motifs.

Pointed shoes adorned with square satin rosettes add an accent to the minimalist look, while the accessories include quartz crystal jewellery, Monsieur Yves Saint Laurent's favourite lucky stone.

The vast oval venue, characterized by an onyx pattern, reflects another facet of the collection: its mineral world. The shimmering walls evoke immeasurable depth, while the rich patterns suggest the complexity of the human condition.
