Isetan Mitsukoshi is pursuing a store strategy to expand customer contact points by building an ideal department store store model tailored to the needs of local customers and by developing and expanding new channels that leverage its editorial capabilities. As part of this strategy, "Isetan Miller Makeup & Cosmetics" (hereinafter "Isetan Miller") opened in Lumine Shinjuku in 2012 and has since expanded to multiple stores, building its business model. The company is now opening its 18th store, the Isetan Miller Grand Emio Tokorozawa store, within the Grand Emio Tokorozawa complex, directly connected to Tokorozawa Station on the Seibu Line, which will have its grand opening on September 2nd.

Making full use of the sales know-how and product procurement capabilities cultivated at Isetan Shinjuku Main Store, which has overwhelming strength in the luxury cosmetics field, the store offers high-end domestic and international brand cosmetics and related goods using a new sales method that transcends brand boundaries.
