Coconogacco, a fashion class run by writtenafterwards designer Yamagata Yoshikazu, is relocating from Paryuko in Shibuya Parco.
From now on, classes and events will be held mainly in the office space of A-tokyo (3-8-8-4th floor, Negishi, Taito-ku, Tokyo), which runs Japan's largest art fair, Art Fair Tokyo. Several classes are also planned to continue at Paryuko. In conjunction with the relocation, an opening party will be held on the 20th from 7pm, featuring an exhibition by the second-year students of COCOA, the Fukuoka branch of Coconogacco.
Started in 2008, Coconogacco is a fashion design class run by writtenafterwards. Kentaro Tamai, designer of ASEEDONCLOUD, and Mikio Sakabe, designer of MIKIO SAKABE, who are friends with Yamagata, will also appear as guest lecturers. The course, which will begin in May, will be the 10th session.
