Ermenegildo Zegna has signed a three-year partnership agreement with Maserati, the automobile manufacturer celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2014. The first project of the partnership is a limited-edition Zegna model based on the new Maserati Quattroporte, launched in 2013. The Quattroporte is Maserati's signature four-door car, the first model of which was released in 1963. The collaborative model, limited to 100 units, features designs inspired by Zegna collections and uses custom fabrics produced at Zegna's wool mill in Trivero, Italy. It will be unveiled at the International Motor Show. In 2015, Zegna customization options will be available for all Maserati models, and a bespoke service featuring exclusive Zegna colors and interior options is planned for 2016. The two companies plan to develop further collaborative products and events in the future.
