The photo exhibition "The Kobal Collection 'Hollywood Portrait'" will be held from April 15th to 17th at the 72 Gallery inside the Tokyo Institute of Photography photography center in Kyobashi, Tokyo.

The Kobal Collection, founded in London in 1969 by John Kobal, is a collection of photographs capturing movie stars. The exhibition will feature portraits of Hollywood stars, including Marilyn Monroe and James Dean, from the collection. Other notable film stars featured in the portraits include Robert Montgomery, Robert Mitchum, Leslie Howard, Elvis Presley, Paul Newman, Gregory Peck, Marlene Dietrich, Norma Shearer, Grace Kelly, Douglas Fairbanks Jr., Gary Cooper, Diana Wynyard, Carole Lombard, Joan Crawford, Lauren Bacall, Greta Garbo, Eleanor Powell & Fred Astaire, and many others.
