Daikanyama T-Site Books began accepting pre-orders for eight products from Trinity's NuAns brand on April 22nd. The products will also be on display on the first floor of the Daikanyama store's Building 1. The display will run until May 31st.
NuAns won the BEST OF CES Award, given to outstanding iPhone-related devices, at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2015, the world's largest consumer electronics exhibition, held in Las Vegas in January of this year. It also attracted a lot of attention at last year's Tokyo WorkDesign Week 2014 held in Shibuya.
NuAns was born from a collaboration between the company's original brand, simplism, and the creative unit TENT, formed by Masayuki Haruta and Ryosaku Aoki. The concept is to make smartphones and PCs more familiar gadgets and integrate them into everyday life. The brand offers "new answers" in design and functionality, as well as products that enhance the "nuance" that permeates everyday life. The lineup includes a high-end stand light that combines lighting, speakers, a Lightning dock and a USB charger, a mobile battery and a cable holder.

While making use of the Simple Prism philosophy of simplicity and ease of use, the design is characterised by an added warmth that is reminiscent of a tent, creating a sense of attachment. The common material used for all items is an original felt that has excellent heat conductivity and flame retardancy, and is designed to be used in combination with digital devices.
