TECHNOLOGY AND FORMULA

A new type of matte rouge that achieves a smooth, creamy texture, a luxurious, moisturized velvet shine, and rich, deep color at a high level.
To achieve a smooth, silky texture like a velvet dress, the formula contains "Velvet Touch" ingredients, which are made up of three types of elastomers*1 and account for approximately 40% of the formula. The elastomer provides a soft focus effect, while the fillers*2 contained in it have an oil-absorbing effect, achieving a creamy, matte, and luxurious texture. The inclusion of polyethylene wax*3 also prevents the dryness that is typical of matte lipsticks and supports an even softer texture.

NEW PLUSH CUSHION APPLICATOR
