Nihon University of the Arts students turn Moleskine into art. Special exhibition currently being held at Yurakucho Loft

Aug 26, 2013

A special exhibition titled "A Celebration of Creativity" featuring works using Moleskine notebooks by students from Nihon University College of Art is being held at the Moleskine Atelier in Yurakucho Loft. The exhibition runs until September 1st.
The students freely created works using Moleskine notebooks, based on the school's catchphrase, "Eight Arts, One Heart," and the theme of "harmony." Nine notebooks, including three Excellence Award winners and six Encouragement Award winners, are on display from the approximately 50 entries that were exhibited at last year's graphic design event "TOKYO GRAPHIC PASSPORT" organized by the magazine "+81" and the school's art festival. Visitors are welcome to touch and appreciate the works.
Moleskine Atelier is an official Moleskine shop. As of August 2013, there are seven stores in four prefectures. In addition to handling atelier-exclusive products and advance sales, the store also regularly holds events and workshops themed around art, customization, DIY, and handwriting culture.
