Maison Cacao Co., Ltd. will release "Fresh Chocolate Mousse" (2,500 yen excluding tax) on June 24, 2020. Based on the "Fresh Gateau Chocolat" that was selected as an in-flight gift for the Enthronement Ceremony, the product has been made with increased moisture content for a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture that makes it refreshing even on hot days. The packaging was designed by calligrapher Nakatsuka Suito, who also wrote the title of the 2020 historical drama "Kirin ga Kuru."

We own our own farm in Colombia and process the cacao locally into couverture chocolate while it is still fresh, allowing you to enjoy the original aroma and flavor of the cacao.
・Science & Craft
We use bitter chocolate from Colombia, which has an exquisite balance of sweetness, sourness and bitterness. Our expert pastry chefs, who are experts on the state of chocolate, can handcraft the chocolate by adjusting the temperature and blending timing, allowing us to incorporate a quantity of fresh cream that would not normally emulsify. By maximizing the moisture content, we've achieved a texture that melts away the moment you put it in your mouth.

Maison Cacao offers an amazing experience of encountering the unknown. Enjoy this rich flavor and clean finish that overturns traditional concepts of mousse, with a smooth texture perfect for summer. The packaging was designed by calligrapher Nakatsuka Suito, who also wrote the title of the 2020 historical drama "Kirin ga Kuru."
