
The Capitol Hotel Tokyu will be holding a "Cold Noodle Fair" at its all-day dining restaurant "ORIGAMI" and Chinese restaurant "Hoshigaoka" from July 1st to August 31st. Four types of cold noodles perfect for summer will be available.
"ORIGAMI" will be offering its annual "ORIGAMI Cold Noodles" (2,600 yen), made with 12 kinds of summer vegetables and seafood. The refreshing soy sauce-flavored soup made with percolated bouillon is served with six toppings, including a soft-boiled egg, shiso leaves, and lime, allowing for a variety of flavors to suit your tastes.
"Hoshigaoka" will be offering three types of cold noodles. The highlight is the mildly spicy and addictive "Cold Dandan Noodles" (3,500 yen with appetizer and dessert), a menu item brought back to commemorate the hotel's 5th anniversary.
