Forming a "new international urban center and global business center" through integrated urban development

Toranomon Hills Business Tower is the second project to be born in the ever-expanding and evolving Toranomon Hills area, following on from Toranomon Hills Mori Tower. With the addition of the Toranomon Hills Residential Tower (currently under construction, scheduled for completion in January 2021) and the (tentative name) Toranomon Hills Station Tower (scheduled for completion in July 2023), which will be developed in conjunction with Toranomon Hills Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line (opening June 6, 2020), the Toranomon Hills area will expand to 7.5 hectares and 800,000 square meters of total floor space. Furthermore, with a variety of urban functions within walking distance, including world-class offices, residences, hotels, retail facilities, incubation centers, transportation infrastructure, and green spaces, the Toranomon Hills area is evolving into an international, multi-purpose city with an impact comparable to that of Roppongi Hills as a "new international urban center and global business center." By generating a steady stream of new businesses and innovations, the Toranomon Hills area will further strengthen Tokyo's magnetic potential as an international city.
