THE ALLEY, an authentic tea store for those in love with tea, will open a new store in the fashion building NU Chayamachi in Umeda, Osaka on June 1, 2020. As part of the opening event, they will be selling a limited-time collaboration product using the popular "Croissant Bread" from the Nakazakicho cafe "colors" in Umeda, Osaka, from June 4.

We use "#Croissant Bread" from the cafe "colors" in Nakazakicho, Umeda, Osaka. What makes this bread so delicious is that it has two distinct textures: a crispy and juicy crust like a croissant, and a fluffy, richly flavored inside. We have created four types of dessert-like toast topped with plenty of THE ALLEY's brown sugar tapioca.

Caramelized custard cream is placed on top of plenty of brown sugar tapioca and chunky berry sauce.
