Glace Pire Dessert (Chocolat Blanc)

Wittamer's Glace Pire Dessert has a light, fluffy texture that melts away in your mouth, just like snow. As it is only available during the summer, it is a popular item that many customers look forward to every year. Starting this year, a new flavour will be introduced to the Glace Pire Dessert.

Glace Pire Dessert (Chocolat Blanc), made with Opus White 35% couverture white chocolate, was created with the desire to let people experience the deliciousness of white chocolate. For this reason, we use "Opus White 35%", a white chocolate made with meadow milk, which is characterized by its rich milk flavor, so you can enjoy the deliciousness of white chocolate even in its refreshing taste. Try it as is first, and then pour the sweet and sour tropical sauce over it. The sauce, which combines the sweetness of mango with the freshness of orange, is a perfect match with the white chocolate. It also contains a secret ingredient of western liquor, making it so delicious that once you start eating it, you won't be able to stop.
(Meadow Milk: An exceptionally tasting milk produced by dairy cows raised in a stress-free environment, roaming freely in the vast pastures of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in central Switzerland.)

Glace Pire Dessert (Chocolate)
Of course, we will also be selling the ever-popular "Glace Pire Dessert (Chocolate)." Made with cocoa beans from the Arriba region of Ecuador, enjoy the deep richness and flavor of the cacao.

The Glace Pire Dessert is a limited edition product available only at Wittamer Umeda Daimaru Chocolat Bar. We look forward to seeing you this summer.
