... The "Traveling Store" serves as the hub for the entire "Traveling Shin-Tora Market," offering a wide selection of Japanese products and experiences. Produced by Isetan Mitsukoshi, the curation zone features thoughtful items perfect for gifts, carefully selected in line with Japanese sensibilities and aesthetics, and the front display zone features a selection of themes featuring various local specialties from participating municipalities. The "Traveling Cafe," run by GOOD MORNING CAFE & GRILL Toranomon, is a collaboration between the participating municipalities and their cuisine. The cafe offers a special lunchtime "TABISURU Plate" (starting at ¥1,200) and a dinnertime "TABISURU Menu" (starting at ¥500), offering a choice of ingredients and local specialties a la carte. The market's first theme, which runs from February to June as the cold weather begins to ease, is "kinome breeze" and "fragrant breeze." The five participating municipalities - Yamagata City in Yamagata Prefecture, Yugawara City in Kanagawa Prefecture, Takaoka City in Toyama Prefecture, Ube City in Yamaguchi Prefecture, and Imabari City in Ehime Prefecture - will be creating a cheerful market.

From February to March, the front display zone of the "Traveling Store" will be themed around TABISURU Onsen, showcasing local hot spring goods and fun items reminiscent of hot spring towns, while the curation zone will host a limited-time event, "Nicolai Bergmann Flowers & Design meets Traditional Crafts," from February 24th to March 7th. In addition, a flower arrangement school is scheduled to be held by Nishigaki Takuya, senior trainer at "Nicolai Bergmann Flowers & Design," on Premium Friday, February 24th.
