Bvlgari invites you on a journey of color. Two feminine jewels showcase the craftsmanship of two versions of the Serpenti Forever Spider.

Aug 20, 2023
A journey through the inner vitality and infinite beauty of colored stones. Bvlgari unveils the third chapter of its "Color Journey," embarking on a new adventure in search of nature's rarest and most precious nuances. After revealing the captivating hues of Paraiba tourmaline and the vibrant allure of spinel in its previous two "Color Journeys," the Roman high jeweler dedicates a new chapter to two exceptionally feminine gemstones: kunzite and morganite. Discovered by American mineralogist G.F. Kunz in the early 20th century, these gems ignited Bvlgari's imagination and its ability to create captivating color combinations. While still relatively unknown in the world of high jewelry and previously reserved for collectors and connoisseurs, Bvlgari's pioneering spirit and unparalleled know-how in the field of colored stones have now elevated these "new faces" to desirable and desirable gemstones. Through a delicate pastel palette that combines the near-purple nuances of kunzite with the soft pink of morganite, Roman high jeweler Bvlgari evokes the exquisite atmosphere of the Mediterranean in spring, the elegance of nature and the exhilarating beauty of the spirit. Renowned for its leather goods, Bvlgari showcases its mastery of colored stones and precious materials in two exceptional Serpenti Forever Spider bags. Bvlgari elevates the timeless top handle style in precious leather, the ultimate luxury material known as a true jewel in the leather goods world. The bag's jeweled snakehead closure is detachable, allowing it to be worn as a necklace using the included silk choker or as a standalone brooch. In the first creation, the lustrous crocodile skin of the exquisite Rosa di Francia pink is in seamless dialogue with a 3.5-carat oval-cut kunzite that sits majestically in a rose gold head. Ten diamonds and morganite petals frame this central stone, further enhancing the delicate elegance of the pink color palette.

The second creation is crafted from moon pearl-colored alligator skin, a precious material that Bvlgari's master artisans have imbued with a lustrous, subtle iridescence in their Florentine workshops. The matching rose gold snake-head closure features a 3.5-carat oval-cut morganite set on scales set with chrysoprase, chalcedony and diamonds, surrounded by diamond, morganite and kunzite petals.
