A solo exhibition by illustrator Toshimitsu Haruka, who also designs packaging for Afternoon Tea and Shiseido, will be held.

Event Date:2020.06.12-06.24
May 18, 2020

A solo exhibition titled "a room" by illustrator Haruka Toshimitsu will be held at Omotesando ROCKET from June 12th.

Haruka Toshimitsu's work goes beyond the boundaries of an illustrator, having worked on package designs for Afternoon Tea and Shiseido, as well as the opening illustration for the TV program "Shimajiro no Wow!"

"A room," her first solo exhibition in about three years, will feature illustrations incorporating the three images of "Flower in the dark," "Flower in the light," and "Earth," as well as clothing, ceramics, curtains, tablecloths, chairs, and other items featuring her own works, all displayed in a space resembling a single room, creating the concept of "a room."

All of the exhibited works can be purchased, and other goods such as postcards, badges, and visual books will also be on sale.

Toshimitsu romantically depicts nature and animals with a delicate touch and soft colors. Looking at these works, which incorporate a utopian worldview, is sure to bring a gentle feeling. We look forward to keeping an eye on this exhibition and her future endeavors.
