From June 3rd, the Isetan Shinjuku store's Ochugen Gift Center will open
[In response to the spread of COVID-19, we actively encourage customers to use our online store to prevent overcrowding at the Ochugen Gift Center.]
While most products can be purchased through our online store, the Gift Center will implement the following measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
1. The Gift Center will have only one entrance and exit, and the number of people allowed inside will be limited. Air weights will also be installed to eliminate congestion and prevent crowding.
Airweights will be available from June 3rd.
2. Product display space within the venue will be reduced, and the order counter and waiting area will be spacious to prevent overcrowding.
3. Sufficient distance will be maintained between seats at the order counter. Alcohol disinfection will be carried out after each group of customers.
4. All sales staff will wear masks, and acrylic panels will be installed at each counter to prevent droplet infection.
5. Trays will be used when exchanging money to limit direct contact.
*The opening of the gift center is subject to the state of emergency being lifted by the end of May, and the opening date may be subject to change.
