
STUDIOUS will launch a new business, "UNITED TOKYO," on March 5th. On the same day, the brand will open two physical stores, one for women's and one for men, at Shinjuku Lumine 1 and 2, respectively, as well as an online store and a Zozotown shop.
UNITED TOKYO will develop original items based on the concept of "an all-made-in-Japan global contemporary brand that spreads new Japanese fashion styles to the world." It also regularly collaborates with Tokyo's leading designers, stylists, and other creators. As its first initiative, to commemorate its March 5th opening, the brand will offer collaborative items with Yoshio Kubo of Muller of Yoshiokubo and Daisuke Obana of N.HOOLYWOOD. Women's dresses and men's cut-and-sew items will be released, respectively.
As with STUDIOUS, the store design was handled by Makoto Tanijiri of Suppose Design Office. The space will evoke a traditional Japanese atmosphere, based on the theme of "future harmony."
They are also planning to open a store in LUCUA 1100 in Osaka, which opens on April 2nd.
