"Douceur" is a French word meaning "kindness." We have expressed a mother's kindness in our packaging. As the name suggests, it is a carnet (notebook-shaped) with a carnation painted in soft pink. Inside is an assortment of two bitter chocolates made from Venezuelan cacao, two gently sweet coffee ganaches made by combining coffee powder with cacao and milk, and one hemispherical chocolate filled with lime puree and one passion fruit puree.
