Swiss luxury watch brand TAG Heuer is celebrating the 60th anniversary of the iconic TAG Heuer Carrera, which was launched in 1963, with the release of a variety of models. This time, they have announced the Japan-exclusive TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph Japan Limited Edition.

The TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph Japan Limited Edition is based on the popular sporty and elegant TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph. The dial features light blue mother-of-pearl, which changes color with the refraction of light, allowing for a variety of different looks. The chronograph hour and minute counters at 3 and 9 o'clock are decorated with indigo blue, a color beloved by the Japanese, creating a beautiful contrast that complements the entire dial. Paired perfectly with the stainless steel case, it adds a touch of elegance to the wrist and complements any style, day or night.

The newly released Japan-exclusive TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph Japan Limited Edition comes in two models: one with a stainless steel bracelet featuring a folding clasp, limited to 300 pieces, and the other with a classic navy leather strap, limited to 50 pieces. The hour and minute hands, chronograph hands, hour indexes, and TAG Heuer logo are radium-plated. The case back is engraved with "JAPAN SPECIAL EDITION," indicating that this is a Japan-only model, and the serial number "XXX/300" or "XX/50."

The sapphire case back allows you to see the uniquely designed rotor and column wheel, characteristic of TAG Heuer's in-house chronograph movement, the Heuer 02. It also incorporates high-quality chronograph timekeeping and a vertical clutch reminiscent of manufacture movements, and comprises 168 components, providing an impressive power reserve of approximately 80 hours.
