Since Louis Vuitton's 2017-18 Fall/Winter Men's Collection show in Paris on January 19th, its major collaboration with Supreme has continued to capture the attention of fans around the world. The items from this collaboration finally made their way to Japan on June 30th at a pop-up in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo.
Note: The pop-up store, "LOUIS VUITTON POP-UP STORE at Minami-Aoyama," closed today, July 7th, due to sold-out products.
The pop-up, located at 5-3-18 Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo, will feature a focus on Louis Vuitton and Supreme collaboration items, as well as leather goods, ready-to-wear, shoes, and accessories from the 2017-18 Fall/Winter Men's Collection, as well as pop-up-exclusive items.
The collection is themed around New York culture seen in three generations - the 1970s, 1980s, and early 1990s - and showcases the diverse styles that coexist and blend together in the form of a collaboration. Kim Jones, Artistic Director of Louis Vuitton Men's Collection, commented, "I mixed uptown and downtown style, and my heroes, artists and musicians, as well as my friends, were my sources of inspiration."
The pop-up will be open from 11:00 to 20:00, with an additional 13:00 on July 6th.
