ESCADA has released its 2015 limited-edition fragrance, "Turquoise Summer." The brand's 23rd limited-edition fragrance is based on the concept of liberation from everyday life. Its fruity yet powerful scent evokes the excitement of summer, like hair blowing in the wind and sunlight on the skin. The top notes are inspired by "tutti frutti," an ice cream filled with candied fruit. The juicy flavors of strawberry and raspberry, combined with the tartness of blackcurrant, evoke cool, refreshing visions. The middle notes offer a refreshing harmony of peach, violet, and orange flower. These scents lead to a base note of creamy vanilla and smooth sandalwood. The turquoise-colored bottle, evoking the liberating feeling of summer, features a butterfly motif that appears to emerge from within. A pink butterfly also rests on the silver cap, evoking a happy vacation. The packaging is also vividly decorated with flowers and butterflies, and features an Escada girl dressed in a pink dress inspired by the image, showing off her free-spirited side.
The eau de toilette (30ml/5,600 yen) is on sale now. The body lotion (150ml/3,300 yen) will go on sale from February 18th.
