A capsule collection, a collaboration between TOD'S and Mame Kurogouchi, will be released worldwide at TOD'S Ginza from March 27th.

TOD'S "T Factory" is a project in which TOD'S collaborates with designers and artists active in a variety of fields to create items based on free-thinking ideas that are not bound by conventional formats. Following Alessandro Dell'Acqua in the early days, Alber Elbaz was appointed in 2019, and now for the third installment, Maiko Kurokawa, the designer of Mame, has been appointed.

The capsule collection interprets the world of Tod's women's accessories and ready-to-wear with Kurokawa's signature craftsmanship and timeless elegance. It pursues Kurokawa's belief that everyday life should be simpler and more beautiful, which is a key focus of her designs.


Inspired by Tod's iconic D Styling Bag, this Boston bag is shaped to hold all the essentials for a short trip, including a dress, outerwear, shoes and a bag.


Details such as the leather tape used for bonding, leather embroidery that echoes traditional Kogin embroidery, and supple silk and leather embody a fusion of Italian and Japanese know-how.


The collection will be released worldwide starting from March 27th. In Japan, in addition to Tod's Ginza, featured events will be held at Kotokoto Stage 11 on the 1st floor of Hankyu Umeda Main Store from April 8th to 14th, at the Promotion Space on the 2nd floor of the New Iwataya Main Store from April 18th to May 12th, and at the Rose Patio on the 3rd floor of JR Nagoya Takashimaya from May 27th to June 2nd.
