People in the industry are crazy about the wide variety of outfits! [Paris Snap]

Mar 11, 2020
For industry insiders, the suit has transcended trends and become a staple style. Due to rising demand, various brands are offering a variety of suit styles. This season, the variety of suits has increased significantly, with designs, sizes, and even added details.

1.
Gaia Repossi (Jewelry Designer)

Gaia, creative director and designer of REPOSSI, created a jacket that incorporates men's tailoring, with a flat, slightly oversized fit. The bottoms, in contrast, are high-waisted and cropped for a feminine silhouette. While previous seasons saw a trend of pairing a suit with sneakers for a more casual look, this season's style is changing things up with heels for a classic finish.

2.
Fer Medina (Influencer)

If this is your first time trying on a suit, the classic ZARA look worn by Fer should be easy to pull off. Adding accessories from Dior adds a touch of luxury. A suit with a cool, masculine look instantly becomes softer and more feminine by cinching the waist with a belt, and it also has the effect of making your legs look longer.

3.
Sofia Sanchez de Betak (Fashion Consultant)

Sofia chose a British-style checked suit. Fringe details on the outerwear were frequently seen on the runway this season, as well as on the runway for the Fall/Winter 2020-21 collection. The contrast between the pleated skirt, reminiscent of traditional Irish clothing, and military-style combat boots is also a signature look for this season. Many models on the runway wore combat boots from brands like Prada and Louis Vuitton.

4.
Lala Takahashi (Model)

Lala Takahashi, daughter of UNDERCOVER designer Jun Takahashi, attended Paris Fashion Week for the third time this season. She effortlessly rocked a denim Dior suit. By matching her saddlebag, belt hardware, and jewelry all to gold, she elevated the denim look to an elegant level. Her 18-year-old vibe blends freshness with a mature aura, blending seamlessly with the Parisian streets.
