Paris Fashion Week for the Fall/Winter 2020-21 season was held from February 24th to March 3rd. Due to the impact of COVID-19, several events, including events and after-parties, were canceled, but the shows and presentations went ahead without incident. With some industry professionals deciding to cancel travel, the streets were less crowded than usual, but the off-runway crowds were as vibrant as ever, bringing glamorous and stylish people to the streets. Here are the latest styles seen at the nine-day Paris Fashion Week off-runway show!
Many brands are returning to the original beauty of fashion, such as classicism and elegance, and appear to be leaning towards long, lean lengths. This trend is particularly evident in outerwear, with long coats that fall below the knee being the current trend.
1.

Kozue Akimoto, one of Japan's leading models and influencers, chose a bright red long coat from Marine Serre. Her bold black and red two-tone outfit, combined with her beautiful black hair, exuded a striking aura. This outfit is a perfect example of how to incorporate masks, a modern necessity, into a fashion accessory.
2.

In addition to long coats, two-tone colors are also a key trend this season. Penelope, an editor at the UK edition of Marie Claire, styled a long coat from BOUGUESSA, which is a hybrid of workwear and a trench coat, with different colors on each side, paired with boots featuring a two-tone design created by switching between leathers. This classic outerwear piece, which looks like both a coat and a dress, will likely be useful in early spring.
3.

Eileen chose a slim-fitting long coat. This season, not just in outerwear, a fitted silhouette is on the rise, fading the oversized street trend. The dress underneath is also long, and she wears trendy knee-length boots to keep her skin covered, a trendy look. Pointed-toe shoes, which convey a strong, modern woman, are also a trend this season.
4.

Influencer Kiwi Lee rocked a long Dior vest coat. The fashionable piece, featuring an artistic botanical pattern, was paired with jeans for a more casual look. Her Toronto Montaigne bag was the most popular choice among industry attendees at the Dior show.

Stylist Annabel Rosendahl also chose the Toronto Montaigne bag. Like the Bottega Veneta Cassette, which was popular last season, square mid-sized shoulder bags are popular. They are perhaps the most practical and timeless bags.
